6. AI-generated output

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them. We do not warrant that outputs will meet your requirements or be free of errors.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions, if offered, are described at checkout or in-product. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required by law. Refunds and cancellations may be governed by a separate policy where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local law. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
